An English style that is slightly Americanized with a bump in abv. Roasty malt dominates the nose and flavor and stays along with a caramel sweetness throughout. Finishes slightly dry and toasty.

Pair with dryer, tangy cheese such as Bellavitano or aged white cheddar, burgers and grilled meats and fish.
